Establish an organization of Muslims in the Bronx, living and promoting the Islamic way of life as thought by the Quran, and the Sunnah of the final prophet, Muhammad (Peace be upon him), as understood and practiced by his companions; Sharing the purity and goodness of Islam with all mankind and be a welcoming, responsive and supportive organization committed to virtuous living, justice, compassion and peace, so confidence may be renewed, faith established and communities transformed; Acquire and maintain a facility that will serve the religious, educational, cultural and social needs of the Muslims; Foster and promote understanding, tolerance, peace and harmony with other communities of faith as a whole in all its diversity.
